We loved this hotel's cleanliness and great facilities, along with its convenient location to the beach. Parking and transportation were easy to access, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

We loved this deluxe hotel and its GREAT staff and location. The deluxe room overlooked the city. Perfect place for exploring Xiamen.

This place is right by the beach, and the staff here is absolutely awesome. I paid CN¥ 9806 for a room, and let me tell you, the concierge service they offer is top-notch - they really go above and beyond! Definitely deserving of its 5-star rating! 🌟

The breakfast spread was impressive and had a wide variety of options. the hotel room was also spacious and clean, with a great view of the area. It was in a good location, easily accessible by public transportation and close to a few tourist attractions. the WiFi connection was also reliable and fast.

There were a few things that detracted from the overall experience. the gym and pool facilities were not well-maintained and the staff were not friendly or helpful.

The hotel is located in a great spot, offering easy access to the beach, sea, and fair area. Rooms are spacious, offering comfortable beds and plush pillows. Bathrooms are clean, with all necessary amenities provided. the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. Staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help out guests. the lobby area is very welcoming and elegantly designed.

There were some issues with the check-out process, which could have been better organised.

This hotel provides the ultimate luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities, including a Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool and Barbeque grills. the staff's service was exceptional, and they met our every need. We enjoyed spending time at the outdoor swimming pool, and the bar/lounge area had a wide variety of cocktails to choose from.

Although we raised the issue with the staff, they were unable to fix it on the day it was reported.

Great hotel location, close to the beach and metro line 2. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of delicious options to choose from. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The check-out experience was very long and frustrating, taking almost an hour. Also, the staff seemed more focused on events and parties than on the guests' needs. However, the in-room dining service was not responsive, and the overall ventilation was not working correctly.
